Here are some samples:
Berry's eyes rolled into the back of his head as Pan's fist came crashing into his sternum. He was sent flying through the air at light speed, colliding into the street light behind him. As Berry stood up, he coughed up a bit of blood.
"Seems like you're not the fighter you once were, Ghost!" Pan chuckled. "I don't go by Ghost anymore, and you know that!" Berry spat back.
With that, Pan hunched over and began to tighten his muscles. "HAAAAH!" He yelled as light energy began to engulf his body.
"Damn it!" Berry mirrored Pan, although his energy was visibly blue. His bleeding stopped.
Suddenly, Pan stopped charging his energy, and instantly dissapeared. Within a few milliseconds he reappered behind Berry, who was still charging.
Pan's movement was so fast, it hadn't registered in Berry's eyes that he had even moved. Pan took advantage of this launched two grasped fists into Berry's neck.
Mid-attack, Berry's eyes adjusted and he quickly lifted his strengthened arm to block the attack.
======================================================================
It began with a bang. The universe was formed. Radiation, was the mother of all life in the universe. Arkland, a planet which was formed in the first era the bang, was affected by radiation the most of all the planets in the countless systems. Organic life forms were introduced to the universe. Thousands of years later, the first [Arkanian (human)] stood erect. With this advanced step of evolution came thought patterns, which Arkland would be known for throughtout history. [Arkan (male)] and [Arkanna (female)] developed and were prosperous. Science, Math, Culture. All formed from this thought pattern coined "Arkland's gift". Galoria was the most beautifully erected kingdom in all of Arkland. The king resided in the center of the world, the capital of Galoria, Ardeo. The king, was a very religous high monk, known by land as [Noah]. He believed in a Goddess, known to the world as [Vespa]. Galoria had the strongest army known to the world. But Noah was a peaceful king. So there was not much need for the army, besides defending Galoria from intruders. In a temple called [Mopar] located outside of Galoria, the monks and priests had formed a Cult in which they worshiped Vespa in a very spirtual method. They believed that their bodies were portals to reach Vespa. One of the few high monks had built three pedestals that resembled spindles, to represent the purity of the elements. The spinners at the top would spin clockwise to represent good, and counter clockwise to reprsent evil. One pedestal, titled [Tecra] represented Land. The second, titled [Exo] represented the seas. and the third [Pan] represented Arkanian. This was the only one that spun counter clockwise from the beginning. There was one of the most astounding Universities built in Galoria. In this university, the council had decided to conduct an experiment, in which they formed the ultimate race, labelled "Derrath". These Derrath were the perfect warriors and scholars. They were used as teachers, fighters, and sadly, slaves. After a decade, a scholar born Derrath known as Baldadir, grew tired of the way his race was treated. He was a rare self aware Derrath. He had toiled in the dark arts, known to Arkanians as Necromancy. He rasied an army of Derraths, and after several months of war, the Derraths had overtaken Galoria. King Noah had taken the women and children of Galoria to a realm created by the high monks of Mopar known as Vesporia. The Derraths had destroyed the opening of the portal leading to Vesporia, and it was lost forever. The commander of the Derrath army, Baladir, decided to take his army to the Temple of Mopar, in order to have the monks craft another portal to this realm, so his army could go after King Noah. What the commander did not expect was that in anticipation of his arrival, the monks and priests of Mopar had built a labyrinth in order to slow down his attack. After weeks of travel, the Derrath finally reached the temple. The labyrinth had indeed weakened their forces, although not enough. As they opened the door, there was an army of monks waiting, that was quickly defeated. The remaining monks and priests were enslaved, and forced to begin building the portal that the Derrath commander so greatly desired. Is there any Arkanian that can get strong enough to defeat this evil? Or is Arkland doomed to the darkness? To be continued.
