Ability Description Window is Annoying!

When you mouse over an ability, the ability's description always covers half the ability bar and even the icon I am trying to click!

Is there a way to anchor the ability info window just above the ability bar area? maybe even reduce the text size in the info window to minimize it's overall size?

This annoys me too.  Jarret initially had it pop up after a while (which I prefer) but since most players (apparently) hit the number keys instead of clicking it's this way instead.

i will anchor the tooltips for spells to be bottom right of screen, above the bottom menu bar (so itll be like mid right of screen)

I will also look into reducing the size of the font

No, a lot of people have requested it and I always considered it a non problem, but I'm trying to polish a lot of parts of this game
